​ I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor who has undertaken professional training for five years and am committed to ongoing training and excellence. I am a member of the Association of Christian Counselors (ACC) and have an obligation to work within their code o I offer counseling mainly to those who suffer from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family issues, mental, physical, emotional, spiritual or sexual abuse including trauma.

Professional background

I hold a diploma in Integrative Counseling, psychotherapy and a Foundation Degree in Social Science.

How I work

Trained in an integrative way, I have experience of various different styles of counselling and am able to adapt according to the needs of the client. These techniques can include Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Attachment Theory.
